Categories of Members: There a 4( four) categories of members in this organization:

A.Founder Permanent Members: Persons who are the founder will be deemed as permanent founder members .

1.Donor member: Any person or organization making a donation of at least Tk. 50,000 (Taka Fifty Thousand) at a time will become the Donor member irrespective of birth and residence, paying a minimum of above mentioned amount unconditionally to the organization and submit a Membership Form following Membership Procedure mentioned below, may be nominated as a donor member as well as the life member. Decision of Executive Committee is a must to provide Donor Membership to a person or organization.

The Donor Member has not to pay monthly subscriptions.

Positions of the Donor member is ornamental and prestigious. The Donor members will be invited to special functions and events of this organization.

2.Life Member: A resident of Habigonj district of minimum age 18+ years and living anywhere in Bangladesh has to make a deposit of Tk. 3,000/- (Taka Three Thousand, for a time being) and apply online or directly in the process mentioned above , may be a life member.

In case of person of same age living abroad has to make a deposit of Tk.10,000/- ( Taka Ten Thousand) or equivalent foreign currency and submit a direct or online Membership Form in the procedure mentioned below , will be Life Member as well as overseas member.

Executive Committee has  the right to approve or reject  application of Life/ Overseas Membership .

Positions of the Life and Overseas member is ornamental and prestigious. The Donor members will be invited to special functions and events of this organization.

3.General/Ordinary Members:

All members other than the permanent members , donor members and  overseas members will be regarded as General/ordinary members.

Any person of Habigonj district of 18+ age or above residing in Dhaka city and not engaged in any illegal business, anti-state and anti-society activities

And agreed with same views and objectives of the organization and desiring to becoming a member will be approved as a general/ ordinary  member.

This type of membership is to be provided if a person  of Habigonj district has been living in Dhaka city at least forlast  2(two) years .

permanently in Dhaka city.

For General/ ordinary membership a person of above mentioned category has to make a deposit fee amount Tk. 500/- (Taka five hundred), and  agreed to pay this amount each year for renewal of membership and apply online or directly in the process mentioned below, may be provided General membership.

Executive Committee has  the right to approve or reject  application of Life/ Overseas Membership .

Acceptance of application for the post of General/ Ordinary Member has been stopped for time being.

4.Executive Members: Members , who will be elected for a period by General Council members will be Executive members.

Membership Procedure:

Any person of Habigonj district residing in home and abroad of minimum age 18+ years keeping in unison with the aims and objectives of the organization and interested to achieve that can apply in the prescribed form printed by this organization or by filling up and submitting the form at bottom of this page  along with fixed fee and a scanned copy national identity card/ Green Card/ PR Card/ Passport Number  or putting NID number in particular space of the form below.

After receiving and reviewing the application online or directly, The President and General Secretary  in consultation with the Executive Committee may or may not grant membership. Opinion of 2/3 majority of Executive Member is a must for approval of membership.

 Cancellation of Membership:

1. Any member may retire voluntarily.
2. Subscription falling arrears for the time over 1 (One) year. This is applicable to General/ Ordinary members.
3. Remaining absent consecutively from 3(three) meetings of Executive Committee without showing any cause.
4. Working against interests of the organization.
5. On death, lunacy, insolvency or guilty adjudged by court.
6. On proof of involvement in any act subversive of the state and society.
7. Membership will automatically cease to exist if contact with organization remain cut off for a period not exceeding 6 (Six) months.

Revival of Membership:

On submission of necessary undertaken with and the application showing causes leading to cancellation of membership, along with a fee of Tk. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) for revival of membership and arrear subscriptions (if any), to the president of the executive council of the organization, membership may be revived on consideration by the executive council of organization later. Executive Committee is empower to accept or reject membership revival application.

This rule is applicable to all categories of members.

The General Council of this organization is the appeal and supreme authority for the purpose of approval, cancellation and revival of all categories of membership.
